Many people are starting blog and they need  to monetize with AdSense. So, Getting approve and staying with Google AdSense account is not an easy process, in some cases, users need to wait for several months for approval. It is very painful for account holders if their account has been disabled because recovering disabled AdSense account is quite hard and recovery process may take several days.

There are two common reasons for AdSense account gets disabled
1) invalid traffic
2) policy violation.

Google gives priority to their advertisers because they are earning source for Google. What does actually google want from AdSense publisher?

2. AdSense accounts are disabled for policy reasons
Pornographic, adult, or mature content
User-generated content
Violating webmaster guidelines
Deceptive ad placement
Copyright infringement

Link to Previously Banned Account:  A Google AdSense published account may get disabled if Google finds its relationship with any other banned or disabled account.  Google will not provide detail of banned account to protect its privacy.  Your publisher account can be disabled for any reason if Google finds that it poses risk to AdWords advertiser.
