How to Make Dal Paratha

To make delicious breakfast dal paratha, you first need a container to knead the dough. Now add the flour leaving some space in between and add a cup of the remaining dal from the evening. – Then mix the flour thoroughly with the lentils.

Then add chopped green chillies, green coriander leaves, cumin seeds, a spoonful of oil and salt to taste and mix well. If necessary, add a little water and knead the dough.

– After kneading the dough, let it rest for about half an hour. – After the specified time, take out the dough and knead it again. Now heat a non-stick pan/griddle on medium flame.

Meanwhile, divide the dough into equal parts, take a ball and roll it into a round paranta. – Once the pan is hot, pour a spoonful of oil and spread it around.

Now put the rolled paratha in the pan and fry for some time. – Next, pour oil on the edges of the paratha and rotate the paratha so that it gets cooked. – After some time, apply oil on the top of the paratha and twist. – Now grill the paranta from both sides until it becomes crispy and golden brown.

After that, take out the dal paratha and place it on a plate. Fry all the dal parathas in the same way. Delicious Dal Paratha breakfast is ready. Can be served with curd, sauce or chutney
