  • Ingredients for Oatmeal Chili
  • Oats (1 cup)
  • Semolina (2 teaspoons)
  • Chickpea flour (2 tablespoons)
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • one green chili
  • 2 teaspoons chopped carrots
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chili pepper
  • Add salt to taste
  • Ghee or olive oil as desired


How to Make Oatmeal Chila

To make oatmeal chila, first place a heavy pot over the gas. Now add oatmeal in it and fry until light brown. Now let it cool on the plate. – After cooling, grind in a blender. Now take a bowl and add oat flour, chickpea flour and semolina and mix well.

Add green chillies, asafoetida, coriander, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Now chop the carrots and chillies into small pieces and add them. Add water or some curd to make a paste. Cover and let sit for about 10 minutes. Once dry, add some water and make a solution.
